Drugs are the bane of existence of one’s life. Tobacco is also considered a drug which should be illegal in some people’s perspective as compared to the other drugs. I strongly prefer that tobacco should be illegal but in addition to this, other drugs such as marijuana, crack should also be illegal and much precautions should be taken to avoid them.
In the recent years, the number of people consuming drugs have soared in the USA and most of these people are teenagers and high school students. One of the reason for the consumption is the availability of the drugs like tobacco. Tobacco is present in cigarettes and they are easily available in the stores. Although, its expensive which makes the students hesitant when buying it but an addiction to it can make a person careless about it.
Drugs like Marijuana and crack are more harmful than tobacco, so they should be illegal too. They are ruining the younger generation because these drugs are more easily accessible in high school. Drugs like these becomes a cancer for a family and can ruin them. Cigarettes have become more common in today’s world, but other drugs can be stopped from being common by taking every precautions to inhibit it.
Other people think that drugs should be legal and easily accessible. From their point of view, every human being have rights to do whatever they want. They know the consequences for it and are ready when they intake it.
I think the government should make strong laws against the drugs and make it hard to access. Because our younger generation is the one who can make great contributions for the society.
